This privacy policy is important for you to see how i collect and use your information/data when you purchase from myself, Lisa, at Luxury Bunny Bakery.

Personal information that i collect:-
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information. This information includes your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product/s you are ordering. Depending on the item you are ordering from myself, you may also choose to provide me with additional information (custom, bespoke and personalised orders).

Why do i need your information? How do i use it?
There are numerous reasons why i need your information which enable me to fulfil your order. I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, these include...

1) For me to provide my services, such as when i use your information to fulfil any orders you place, to settle any disputes or to provide customer support.

2) When you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time.

3) If necessary to comply with legal obligation, court orders or in connection with a legal claim. This includes retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.

4) Also as necessary, for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests. Such as - providing and improving any of my services. I use your information to provide my services you have requested and in my legitimate interest of improving my services.

Information sharing and disclosure - 
Although information about you, my customers is important to my business, i make sure to only share your personal information for very limited reason and circumstances. These are as follows...


1) Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services (such as delivery companies) for me to be able to send your orders, i need to share your postage address with my postage providers (Royal Mail and other courier companies) so they can deliver your items. I will never share details such as your postage address to others than my postal services. At any point, you have the right to message me to ask who your order will be shipping with.

2) Compliance with laws, in this case, i may collect, use, retain and share your information if i believe and have good faith that it is reasonably necessary to -a) respond to any legal process or to government requests; b) ensure my terms, policies and agreements; c) prevent, investigate and address any case of fraud or other illegal activity, security or technical issues; d) to protect the rights, property and safety of my customers and others.

How long will i store your personal information?
Any information that is kept, is only retained for the purpose of business purposes which is complying with tax or legal obligations. I retain your personal information for only as necessary to provide you with my services as i described above. I may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal/regulatory obligations, to resolve any disputes and to in force my agreements. I generally keep your data stored for the following time period of: 2 years. In the case of disputes, this time may increase.


How do i store your personal information?
In my office, all invoices (any relevant paper work for legal purposes/tax) are stored away in locked files in which i am the only one who has access to the key. All the technology i work from is encrypted to ensure no one else has access to such files.
