Giving Back To Our World
Did you know that every order we take we buy real trees all around the world, in places that need them, like Madagascar, Brazil, Australia, Spain, Thailand, India, Peru, Tanzania & Kenya to name a few!
So much natural forestation that has grown in our world for thousands of years has been hacked down mainly for us humans - and in return thousands of homes for our wildlife have been destroyed, family's have been torn apart and our eco system has plummeted greatly.
As a business we need to be as eco friendly as possible. In our normal day to day lives we recycle everything we possibly can but as a business what can we do?
Well here at LBB we use cardboard boxes that are made from recycled materials AND they can be recycled again in many ways like creating enrichment for your small animals, re used for sending gifts to family & friends or you can just pop them into your household recycling bin along with your other stuff. All our forage & treat packing is made from recycled paper and again can be re used or recycled at home. Our boxes we sometimes use for forage can too. We don't use bubble wrap and replace this with the best quality timothy hay. This acts as little extra freebie too 😘
January 2022 - We started the new year off by stepping up our game! We created 'LBB Forest' An account where we can buy real tree seedlings that get planted by humans anywhere we choose that really needs the help.
It's now October 2022 and we have planted over 800 trees all around the globe and created over 15 tonnes of CO2 😱 and those numbers just keep on rising, thanks to you ❤️
